Why hasn't President Obama addressed the nation regarding North Korea?

What is there to say?

Someone doesn't like us and is saying a bunch of stupid threats they can't actually back up? Oh my!

N. Korea has been making these same sort of threats since before I was born - and that was just before Disco was hot :-)

So until N. Korea actually does something...there's not much for Obama to say.

Because there is nothing to say. What can he say?

'My fellow americans. I have news for you about North Korea. Yesterday they made a really bad video about the United States. A few weeks ago Dennis Rodman visited them. We at the White House do not think there is any connection between the two events. Thank you.'

He never addressed the nation on the Benghazi, Libya ''terrorist attacks'' on 9/11/2012 that left 4 Americans dead either. I mean he ''lied'' to us and said it was due to an anti muslim video. He never addressed the nation on the ''truth'' about it though. He is too damn busy vacationing to address the American people. Obama could care less about this nation, and it's citizens.
