What does this mean? Am I clairvoyant?

That is not clairvoyant, clairvoyant is the ability to see the unknown such as ghost. In your case, you just experienced false awakening or also known as Inception. You basically wake up inside your dreams and do your morning routine, if you're having false awakening, the dream is usually very vivid and almost realistic. I have had experienced false awakening twice, it is damn weird and very realistic.

False awakening is usually cause by lucid dreaming (knowing that you're dreaming).

Suppose you were sleepwalking with your eyes open, checked Facebook, and saw the messages? I read about a lady in Ripley's Believe-it-or-Not that sleepwalked one night, went to her computer, and sent an e-mail. She didn't realize that she did it until the next morning when she checked her e-mail and saw a message from the person that she sent the message to asking about what she sent.

what does this mean when some times you can see what some did in secert when you were not in the same room with them,but after coming back into the room and notice some thing had happened some times not good ,like example cheating on spouse,or a confersation that was against you,what is this?

I think you are one of them people that there are very few of, you can see the furure from your dreams and you can see the future without the dreams once you get enough practice, you just need to figure out how you do it.
