what illness is this and how should i treat it?
i've been coughing non-stop i was up all of last night coughing and i have a bit of a runny nose, i think it's a cold but it doesn't really feel like a cold
what could it be and what would be the best way to treat it?

It probably is just a cold, with the manifestation of a persistent cough the most noticeable thing so far. But watch out for chest infections. If you keep coughing, go and see the doc, you don't want it to develop into pneumonia or bronchitis. It's also possible you've breathed something in that didn't agree with you and your body is trying to expel it - perhaps smoke or dust or chemicals?
