My laptop sound is getting slower and chopped what seems to be the problem and how to fix it?

I bought my laptop last year August it is new , but I seem to have this sound problem for about a month or so...
The sound is getting slower and chopped no matter what I listen or watch to video on youtube music on winamp or just a movie.
IT happens sometimes not all the time.
I am using Samsung 300E Intel , Pentium , CPU 2.10 , 64 bit operating system, I am using Realtek high definition audio version 6.0.1.6413 and it is up to date.
I don't want to delete or uninstall it please tell me what seems to be the problem and how to fix it!

well often the realtek drivers cause issues like that, if i were you i would uninstall the driver and just let windows default run your audio. but if you want the realtek, uninstall it and re install it. if that isnt the problem, then you may have a hardware problem that needs fixed.contact me if you need more help. jdbj32m@yahoo.com

it might be the battery's on your hearing aid that are low....replace them with new ones
