What is the time frame for the state of Kentucky on hearing a truancy case once charges has been filed?

Update:

There has to be a time frame. It has been put off until June which will be 1 year since they were filed. All hearings have a time frame.My daughter has medical issues. They are all documented and she has been on homebound for an entire school year for this year. The school filed truancy charges against my husband for last school year knowing all the medical needs she has.
