    There is a great bunch of websites with free templates, as well as free website builders..

    I like Wix as a website builder, but as for the pre-made solutions I would for sure recommend free CSS and HTML templates at

    I like to find a website similar to the one I want, save it, then open it in KompoZer and basically fill in the blanks.
