Do guys get annoyed when girls text them first?
I was planning on going to prom with him but he is going to Baltimore and well we exchanged numbers and I was planning on texting him because I never answered the returned message on facebook. Not to mention I only know him a little, and see him every now and then.
But do guys get annoyed when girls text them first? Especially in situations like this?

What...? No. Why would a guy get annoyed if a girl he exchanged numbers with texted him? The only times it's annoying to get texts from girls is when they won't STOP texting you once the conversation is over or they just randomly text you stupid pointless texts.

I wouldn't get annoyed. Sometimes guys like it when the girl makes the first move.

No. It really depends on the guy though, if hes a jerk he might, but if hes sweet he shouldn't. Just say Hey(: nothing creepy or extravagant. I think that if he's a good guy he'll be happy you said something(:
