I need help fast! My girlfriend wants to try anal!?

I have been having sex commonly with my girlfriend commonly and have been trying different dtuff but she has recently asked me to preform Anal! I have no clue what or how to do it! I am 14 and need help soon please! Is it bad for me and unhealthy?
