How many times have you returned an item to a shop?
What is the most times you have had to return something to a shop for an exchange or refund? Yesterday I fitted a new door latch to my front door, but had to make 4 trips to 2 different shops for exchanges and refunds due to having the wrong size of latch. This is despite measuring things up beforehand. I've finally fitted to the right one though.

Usually just once - If it was defective or not what I thought it was I would return it and try to get a refund or credit.
If I needed to go there twice I started blaming myself.
