Find your center. This can help your medicine work better. I have seen an impulse control disorder that causes violent tremors, and odd vocal noises not Tourette's syndrome, this is caused by brain damage. The people I know with it don't focus on the now. They put out a open plan and take it day by day. If a bad set of tremors opens up they find a quiet place to chill out until their nerves calm down. The issues get worse with stress. With all if the vets coming back from the wars more people will need to find a way to adjust.

To stay positive you must find real goals, that you can get to that matter to you.

If today is ruined by an outburst focus on tomorrow then. If today is golden forget tomorrow and enjoy today.

I know how you feel, I have Tourette's and the other conditions you have too. It's hard to live with, especially when you're young. What really helps me is meeting other people with Tourette syndrome. It makes you feel less alone and more "normal". Get in touch with a local support group.
