What are the best ways to promote information that could help many people in their suffering?

The difficulty is, that only very few people are ready and open for this kind of information. Most people just want to be confirmed in their conditions, but are not willing and able to change something with themselves. For example their habits or their self image. Anyway, I am convinced that this information should go out all over the world. What can be done about it?

Update:

@Paula: What you wrote is right, but this doesn't answer my question. So we know that people are stuck in their condition and they don't even are looking for a solution to get out of it. An example: When somebody smokes in my presence, then I feel like wanting to say: Hey, what you are doing? Don't you know that you are damaging your system? Don't you know that with this you are blocking yourself relating in a creative way to what comes to you? - But very rarely I express this. If somebody asks me if I smoke, then I will say: "No, I don't. I might be silly, very silly, but not that silly to smoke!" -

In very rare occasions a person asks me what to do about it and then I can give a creative answer that can help, - of course only if this person is *ready*!

A person cannot help themselves unless they see a problem. The saying is - "you can't help those that won't help themselves"
