Can I safely leave boiled eggs out of the fridge...?
These were boiled last week and have sat in a basket on the table....are they OK still?
I think when I was a kid I had those eggs in my basket in my room for several days..then ate them.My wife remembers hers not being in the fridge too,but now were worried about the Grand-kids...

peel one and smell it! that is the only way to tell if they have spoiled.
we sure worry more now than we used to about the safety of our foods. Yeah, I had eggs in my room for weeks when I was a kid too.
Now there is the Monsanto thing in all the food lines!! Cannot trust anyone or anything to be good any more! this is where all these food allergies are coming from
buy heritage seeds and raise a garden how ever you can to eat safely! :

Definetly not. You can safely leave them out for a couple of hours, but not for a WEEK!
