I'm cleaning up my programs, what don't I need?
My computer's been kinda naughty and slow lately. Besides the fact that it needs to be cleaned of dust and dirt, I'm trying to get rid of every program that I don't need or use. I've had it the way it is for years, and I don't think I ever bothered to get rid of the useless junk and extras it came with. I use my computer mainly for art and playing games, I have Windows Vista Ultimate 32x on an HP computer, and these are my programs:

I don't see anything on your list that could be causing your computer to be "naughty and slow". A couple of them are useless but they are harmless.
What I recommend you do is a viral scan and malware scan to see if infection is causing these symptoms. To get the most effective scan, boot up into safe mode and then do your scans.
After you finish that do a defrag.

That's a very long list of programs but I can't tell you want you use or don't use.
As an alternative try this. Go to run from the start menu. Type msconfig and hit enter. Then go to the startup tab. There you can disable programs from running at startup. For example, the PC I'm using to write this has only three programs that run at startup.
Realtek HD Audio Manager
Panda Cloud Antivirus
Adobe Reader and Acrobat Manager
In fact I just unchecked Adobe Reader and Acrobat Manager as a startup item so now there's only two.
I also have 45 installed programs, which I consider to be more than I need but that's because someone else uses this computer and I'm tired of unistalling useless junk like browser toolbars.
I'm not up to date with my knowledge of antivirus software but I suspect you may want to get rid of Norton and keep Avast.
Also download Ccleaner and do a registry scan but remember to click on fix issues after it scans.
You can also do a disk defrag with the default windows defragger or something like MyDefrag but that's not major. The registry clean is the most important.

Reinstall Windows, probably something of Win7 or higher, as the newer it is - the better (don't get me going on this, just trust the word.)
Then install what you need - if you don't know what you need, what you use, then it means you don't need any of those programs at all.

Thanks to the online product key vendor all4keys, I get the legal copy of the product key in the first time. Now, my key brings to me a good user experience.
