Help dealing with some very questionable neighbors?

I just moved into a new neighborhood on the west side of Hillsborough, and anyway, it's a nice part of town. The schools here are great, there's a park not two blocks away for the kids...the only problem is with our neighbors.

There are three of them, all middle-aged females. They sit up all night making strange noises, something like a large and angry parrot. We went over to visit them our first day here, the pack leader snarled at me, flared out her neck feathers, and extended her half-foot long retractable claw. I just noticed that the other two weren't within easy range of sight, so I slammed the door, ran to my house, and turned on the electric fence (it never occurred to me to ask our real estate agent why the house was surrounded by a twelve foot high fence, but boy do I know now!).

At any rate, how do I deal with this situation? Also, do you think my neighbors might be velociraptors? I keep saying that they just have a skin condition, but everyone else thinks that they're velociraptors.

Well if you don't like velocirators as neighbors you should have checked before moving. After all, velociraptors like to live also and where they are is where they wish to be.
