will there be a season 2 of "in the flesh" just seen episode 3 season 1?
There have only been 3 episodes in season 1 an I'd say it's just as good as the walking dead. Will there be any more episodes
*Spoiler*
Surprised Rick was killed by his dad what do you think will happen next if there is a second season and is this series meant to be based on the treatment of gays in small villages seen a lot of that online and it sort of makes sense

Everyone has been on about this, I have asked the writer (Dominic) and he said he would proudly do another series of In The Flesh, But It's not his option BBC Three needs to say yes he can to be confirmed, But BBC Three has the right to say Yes or no seeing has they can put it on or not, But beyond this point, I'm not positive if there is going to be a new series seeing has the rating is too low,
I've asked a bunch of people to get the rating higher and higher so they did it, But the only problem is that BBC Three hasn't yet confirmed if their 'Doing' the show

I disagree about it been as good as the walking dead but wouldn't expect it to be as its a much lower budgeted production and less well renowned and experienced actors. However I really enjoyed in the flesh took a different edge to the normal zombie films and program's.
I believe that the cast are fully behind making a new series after watching the creater and writer "Dominic Mitchell" in an interview explaining in answered questions from the first series, this is as he refers to some on the content as "season 1" which hints there are plans for a second. If so I'd presume and would ope it would contain: more information or revealing or viewing of the undead prophet in person/zombie, ow Kieran copes now, how ricks mum copes now, the prophets communist camp, where is Amy?, what's the cause science or religion, and maybe the second uprising and how Kieran would feel about that been wrongly causing Ricky's dad, and actually, is ricks dad even dead it only showed one grave at the end, and the dirt moves in the closing credits.
However bbc do have the habit of cutting series short. I know bbc are trying hard to cut into drama's, but are finding it hard due to low viewers. But this is probably because people know about there reputation and don't want to be held high hoped for a season 2, so therefore won't trust any new bbc drama's, just like the fades, was only attracted to " in the flesh" purely because of its zombie genre.

I think that the second series is gonna be based on the undead prophet :) theres sooooo many juicy twists and turns within this series, and there is a second season coming soon (so I've heard) and I think its based on discrimination as a whole rather than just to gays. Because they dont take too kindly to the undead anyway. :/ hmm But it will definitly go into depth about the drug and the whole war (which I can sense building up) hense why the priest says in the last episode "there will be a second rising" where only the good rise... Which may be the new evolutionary step.... or something like that. I shall not bore you with my theories though :) we'll just have to wait and see....

There going to need to need something to replace being human because thats finished
now! Which I loved the supernatural theme in both being human and in the flesh so I hope they make a season 2.
It shows how bad hate crime is and I just think the dad killed rick because he was gay in hope he would rise straight in the second coming that he was told was coming (and might come if theres a season 2..)

Based on the views of the show it is hard to know! but i really hope they do make it not only the zombie theme but the story is great and yes the gay romance makes it interesting not only because of what it represents but the hate crime and religion make it interesting, if BBC wants more viewers they need to air it internationally like in america perhaps! Zombies have gone fashionable in the last years and with the boom of The Walking Dead i think it would attract more people outside the UK. Come On BBC

there prob wont as bbc usually end all there things when it gets good and leave u wanting more its how they get more views on iplayer. but it would be really good if there was a second sires as it shows the After effects and it would be better if there was a second awakening to see if that afro girl comes back and what they do and if the wold is over taken with rotters again(PDS) and also its not about gays its about zombies rissing from the ground how dumb can u get

I think if there is a new series (as its on a slight cliff hanger there probably will be) i reckon that the second coming will involve the undead community the masked guy is making, perhaps to fight the unaffected humans, but thats just speculation.

i really think it will be a secon season beacuse:
its a very good show and raises a lot of money so,obiusly is convenient to keep doing it
besides, theres is a lot of thing that ended without an answer, for example if the zombie woman will be happy with the guy on the web site or,who is the guy on the wiebsite

was disappointed that they cancelled the fades not only because it was good program, but also because it brought natalie dormer back to british tv. after in the flesh i truly hope they don't cancel another well written and acted supernatural drama. bbc seems to have upped their game as of late with their shows, and the beneficiary has been bbc 3.

yeh I think so, because they were saying how there was gunna be another uprising (I think that'll be in season two) and there some bits left unanswered, like what happened to that zombie girl who went to see that internet guy....is he who he says he is? and do the villagers ever accept the 'rotters?' and I still feel that we don't know everything that happened to kieron before he died.....
so yeh, I think there'll be a season two and hopefully it'll conclude these questions ^_^
btw...my friend says it might be coming in the summer :)
