How to reduce body fat below 10%?
Hey - I'm looking to reduce my body fat percentile to below 15 or 10. I've already got some stationary exercises going like push-ups, crunches etc. But can anybody give me a few ideas on how to lose the fat? Diets, exercises? Exercises are a little more helpful as I can't cook anything etc. but anything helps. 10 points to the best answer! thanks!

It's not a difficlut task
Make a habit of morning walk plus focus on night walk at-least 30 minutes after having super it will help you in burning fat through out the night.
