I need help with my psn account?

the other day i brought a 35 pound gift card for psn expecting it to work. i soon found out i was wrong, because it didn't work. ive spent a while calling them complaining but nothing has been done. they haven't fixed the card, and they also banned me. they banned me because i was under the are of 18, and put fake details, because i didn't want them to have my details because they have already been hacked. thet said get your parents to call us. so i got them to playstation and they ask for passport photos and all that crap just so i can get my 35 quid i should of got in the first place and my ps3 account. both my parents said no and ive got no idea what to do. could someone please help.
