Is my Ground Beef Spoiled?

I took it out of the Freezer its been there for 4-5 days since I purchased it and now have it defrosting on its own and it has a freezer smell combined with the smell of blood/raw meet and brown in the middle is it still good to cook? I was planning on making sloppy joe's I can't check the sell by date because I brought a family pack and I spilt it up and put it into a ziplock bag and freeze it till ready to use.

should be fine, real ground beef is more of a brown color to begin with, most meat packaging places add a red food dye to make the color more appealing to the customers. just cook it soon, once its been frozen then thawed its really only safe to eat for about a day or so

meat doesn't spoil in the freezer or there would be no point to freezing it in the first place.

If your meat does NOT smell stinky(sour, rotten, no mistaking this) and is not slimy it is fine.
