Does the new movie "The Bible" look interesting to you?

They have the series on TV right now. I have watched a bit of it. I didn't like the character who plays Jesus.

Indeed..............I loved the series Touched By An Angel, and always liked Roma Downey Jr. -----

so I would indeed like to see this movie. I generally like a good bible story when done well .

It doesn't kill anyone to watch the occasional religious movie......and give all the guns and crap a REST for a day.

Just to mix it up once in awhile, ya know?

I also like to see the various interpetations of Jesus-----from movie to movie.

I will probably get this at some point, as I live overseas, and missed it on TV .

We have to be careful, God gave us His Word so that we will

not be swayed or blinded by man's ways, thoughts and ideas.

I think it is entirely understandable that many details will be left out

when creating a series on the Bible, but it is unfortunate

when so many important details are ignored, and even more unfortunate

that so many details are inaccurate.

Noo. It just looks like a model having a photoshoot. Would not appear like a movie poster. And you can infrequently detect the writing. You have to make it extra daring. You're imagined to make it eye catching and clutch our attention.

it's a TV series...not a movie. But yeah the show does seem pretty good. And the visual effects aren't bad.

Give me 2 days :)

I tend to stay away from these types of movies. They take

dramatic license with them and I don't care for that.

Read the book, the Douay Version.

the episodes that i've seen are pretty good and if you've got kids they might enjoy them.
