Well, maybe it's just me, but I'm guessing she's hiding something. If it's important enough to put it on her body, then chances are good that it's important enough for her to follow through on. If the symbol means that she's into black people, then I'm guessing that if she hasn't found someone on the side yet, then she most certainly will.

it would have to be quite the fantasy for her to get a tattoo of it, shes probably been with a black guy b4... And whats so interesting bout blacks? Well their known for their larger.... well you know, and maybe she likes their style, or the rough and tough guys in the videos she watches... Have you spoken to her yet, and asked her if this is what her tatoo means??
