How do i make home made pepper spray?

Find cayenne pepper, usually in spice aisle of market. Mix with soap and water and fill a spray bottle. How much pepper, you have to experiment. If it is bugs or birds it won't work. The soap is just to make it stick to leaves. Spray early in the morning so plants not wet at night which brings disease. I've done this for groundhogs and it worked pretty well.

the easiest way is to just buy some Chinese Chili Oil in the Asian foods section of the supermarket. For a spray to repel people, dilute it with rubbing alcohol so it will work in a bottle sprayer.
