93 labaron transmission?
I have a 93 lebaron that will not shift in to drive on start up but if i leave it in drive it will eventually kick in and go but will not shift out of first but if i kill it and restart it immediately it will shift into drive and will shift into 2nd 3rd and overdrive fine. I am a mechanic but have never seen anything like this before and niether has anyone in my shop. Please help!

LeBarons(and every other Chrysler/Dodge) are not reliable cars. You need a new transmission. Its not worth repairing.
