    Q1: Obviously, it depends a lot on what they were fed before butchering, but people usually like chicken, because duck can taste gamy. I'll eat duck, but I pick chicken over duck for that reason.

    Q2: The duck, because it's higher in most nutrients (vitamins, minerals, etc.). It's also higher, however, in cholesterol and calories for the same size serving, skin or not So, you get the good with some of the bad.

    Q1: Both can be. Depends on how you cook it.

    Q2: I have no idea. But chicken is more healthier.

    Chicken all the way. I don't even like duck. It can be doctored up but it still taste like yuck...pun intended.
