Some guy asked me this, but he never finished/explained it. I believe it's either a joke or pickup line. Not sure if it is appropriate or not. I had never heard of it and found no immediate google results. So does anyone know it? Thanks

Were you at the beach or near a pool? I am not thinking perverted or anything (trying not to do so). That is what I came up with thus far. I have not heard this joke myself, however, have heard some perverted ones that are similar. Think of the kind of personality this guy has and go from there. Good luck finding the answer. I would love to know it myself!! :) Ri
