How can I get the disgusting smell out of my cast?

The doctor's office has probably dealt with this before. Give them a call and ask what you can do to "clean" the cast and your skin underneath without doing any damage. A Google web search might give you some suggestions as well (just type in words like "smelly cast" or other combinations), but it would not be wise to act on any website suggestions without checking things out with your doctor first.
