Are North Korea's threats due to?

I hear you, but even when the hand-wringing over this dies down, there will still be the "What if there's a draft, can I still go to Canada?" or "I have three felonies and asthma, can I enlist in the Marines?" or "I have 700 hours of playing CoD, can I become a SEAL?" questions to deal with.

Kim Jong-Un makes all these threats so that he can get all the 13 year old kids riled up. That way, he can browse Yahoo on his computer and laugh at all the stupid children spamming nonsense.

My take is Un knows his country is a toilet. His people are for the most part starving and live in abject poverty. He knows he has nothing and is mad about it. His ideology prevents him from being able to make his country better.

Its not even hard to find out how to turn his country around. He could just ask me and I'm barely verbal.
