Weird problem with streaming videos on all browsers?

For some reason videos just randomly stopped running on my computer. Whenever I try to load up a youtube video or a video on any other play the player itself will load just fine, its just that the video won't play at all. To give you an idea the video will load up to this point http://i.imgur.com/IjarkQi.png and just not play at all. Also, to make it even weirder this http://www.viddler.com/v/707d48fb specific video loads and plays fine for me... Any help would be very appreciated.

FYI

I use google chrome but it doesn't have anything to do with that double adobe plugin problem (though that has happened to me before)

Also, I don't think it my internet (40 MBPS upload, 50MBPS download, 16 ms ping)
