what does it take to become a dietician?

I'm interested in going back to college in the fall, and I'm exploring different options in the medical world. I'm specifically interested in becoming a nutritionist/dietician, but I haven't really found a solid answer online of what I would have to do as far as schooling. Can someone help me out?

Usually four years of undergrad, getting a Bachelors in nutrition. And then if you really want (which you pretty much need to have any real "say" as far as looking competent in the real world goes), getting a master's degree.

My sister actually got her BS in culinary arts (JWU!) and then got a master's in nutrition from another university. And she definitely knows her stuff. Nutrition can be a really rewarding field. Good choice!
