Taking a 4 month to Thailand?
I've got a wedding in June and my baby will be 4 months. I don't know whether I should go. It is my sisters wedding and I am a bridesmaid. Will it be safe to take my baby?

The baby would be fine here, you have no problem, except always have to watch after the kid. Keep it with family at home. The kid will not remember anything about a trip to Thailand at that age. Waste of time and money. You come and enjoy yourself and keep the damn kid at home.

Personally, I wouldn't.
It will be hot for the baby and you never know what illness it might pick up.
