What is the best isp in Toronto annex area for a price under $50?

I watch a lot of streaming movies and like to play slot machine games on Facebook. Usage is mostly in the evenings. I currently have Bell but they have the worst customer service, keep upselling/increasing the price of service every 12 months, and will only do anything for you if you threaten to cancel their service. I might really follow through and cancel this time!

We started out with Bell and then switched to Rogers.

You can only access the ones in your area as I'm sure you know but your right Bell Canada sucks. Rogers is better then Bell and I hear Shaw is about the same as Rogers. Telus is better then them all but not available everywhere.

So your limited in what you have access to dependent on where you live.

Bell and Rogers are constantly suing each other for that title but it really about where you are.

Condos are slow as can be. I heard if you get a speedy computer it doesn't matter. $4000 plus.
