Unemployment benefits?

If i take a temp job full fime for one month. Will my benefit amount change?

    Well, for that one month you will not get benefits as you are not unemployed. Then there is that waiting week or two depending on your state. Then the benefits should restart, at the same amount as before, as long as you don't get fired for cause or quit.

    It disgusts me when people think about their benefit payments when considering whether to take a job or not.

    The benefit money you receive comes out of the pockets of hard-working individuals and families who also have ends to meet. If you have an opportunity to take up any kind of paid employment then for your own self-respect, if nothing else, should be a good enough reason to jump at the chance.

    Instead, you wish to know if you can continue to scrounge, that's why the welfare system is in need of urgent reform
