Employers generally are looking for basic competency and communication skills.
A 4 year degree tells them 2 important things about you:
a. You are teachable. Most employers are going to train you anyway. They realize that college textbooks are usually way out of date and so the content you learned is less of a concern to them. They really want to know if they can train you and a degree indicates that you can be taught.
b. You will complete what you start. The world is full of people that start things but never finish them and employers would prefer people that will finish what they start. A 4 year degree gives them a good idea that you will complete what you start.
Best wishes!

Yes they will, because not all of the information you learned at college will be applied to your job. You'll have to learn the jobs way of working and learn through experience.
