Is this Appendicitis?

So I've had pain in my lower right abdomen for about 2-3 days at first it sorta started out of nowhere and was mild pain then it went away and came back the next day as rly bad pain and today I just had it a little bit but everytine it goes away and then comes back. Could this be a sign of appendecities or no?

    Go to a doctor or emergency room. If you've had this pain for 2-3 days, it could be the sign of a lot of things. I've known people with very little symptoms of abdominal pain who suddenly had the appendix burst. Not good. If anything seeing a doctor will give you peace of mind. Good luck.

    Not really-the pain would be constant.
