Bring your concerns up to the day care director. Encourage your grandkids to wash their hands a lot and to not put their hands in their mouths or rub their eyes. Also try giving them drinks with vitamin c to boost their immune system.

It took my daughter about 9 months at the gym child care to stop getting sick so much.
