Is this Appendicitis?
So I've had pain in my lower right abdomen for about 2-3 days at first it sorta started out of nowhere and was mild pain then it went away and came back the next day as rly bad pain and today I just had it a little bit but everytine it goes away and then comes back. Could this be a sign of appendecities or no?

Do you have a fever, diarrhea, vomiting, blood coming up when you vomit or out of your butt when you poop, or anything else that is out of the ordinary???
If so, go see your Doctor.
If not, but are still concerned, go see your doctor.
It could be anything from the stomach flu, to being pregnant or having your period (If you are a woman), to appendix issues to Crohn's disease, to IBS to cancer. Your doctor should know you have these concerns and is the one who can help you,,,
