digeative biscuits are biscuits which have no cholesterol, less fat, no suger and are made up of whole grains.Digestive biscuits control our suger level, thus benifits to diabetic patients.hope this helps.

Pretty iterchangeable with your Graham Crackers especially in cooking... but Digestives Biscuits are miles better with a cup of tea LOL..
Well, they're biscuits, so there is some sugar ion them. But they' good for the fact they have wholewheat in them. And they are IMO the best biscuits in the world.
They're better than Oreos, but they still have a lot of sugar. Maybe tow whole packets is excessive, but I've been known to eat a whole packet, and I'm fine.
