Why am I paying Child support if??????
I have the kids 100% of the time and the judge was told this. So he puts down 80/20 and makes me pay her child support and I don't get crap? What law says she should get CS if she doesn't have the kids?

Honey as a woman I'm sorry. As mean as the guy is above me it is true. The law favors women. But i don't think it's fair. I believe you should fight this there has to b a way to get things fair for you. I'm sorry i can't give to many details i just want to applaud you for being a father even when Ur being wronged. Most been aren't there at all. So APPLAUDs for you

Child support in Washington State is based on a formula of how much time the kids spend with their custodial parent and how much income the non-custodial parent makes.
You can appeal the decision, usually by contacting the the appropriate agency (Family Services, or something like that) and filing some more paperwork.
