What percentage of rate is charged on house tax?

It varies from place to place. Check the tax bill and it should say, or check the online gov't website and it should be in there.
You could also take the tax charged and divide it by the assessed value (on the tax bill). This might be easier as sometimes the tax is on a sliding scale and different for land vs structure, etc.

Your question is not being understood by a previous answerer.
Look at your tax bill and see what the assessment amount is listed as.
Then notice the rate. Multiply the assessment figure by the mil rate. That will determine the total
taxes for the present year.

Where I come from taxes are not offered on a payment plan. You pay the taxes all at once. That is why taxes are often escrowed, so you have the money saved up to pay the tax man when the bill comes.
But if you are talking about the interest rate of back taxes, that varies by location. Where I come from any such payment owed is charged an interest rate of 1% per month (12% per year).
