I live in Alaska - now we have a lot of grizzly bears. Most grizzly bears will up and run away after they spot a human. Ill bears, younger dumb bears, enormous trophy class grizzly bears and mothers with cubs will not run. If a grizzly is within paintball taking pictures range and it has no longer run - you have got a signifigant trouble on your arms. If it's a young bear - 2-3 years old - one or two photographs could scare it away. But a in poor health, colossal, or momma undergo isn't going to run - and your paintball shot shall be a prelude to an assault. Shooting bears with a paintball gun from a safe place - like riding with the aid of - is incredibly unlawful. This is called harassment. It might probably also infuriate the endure to assault and kill the subsequent human it meets on the street. Bear in mind what happend on the school of Alaska, Anchorage a couple of years ago. Some pupils had been tossing snowballs at a moose close one of the most dorms. They would toss snowballs - then run again to into the constructing for safety from the charging moose........ All fun and games unless another student drove up, acquired out of this car - and briskly bought trampled to loss of life by means of the pissed off moose. On a scale of 1 to 10 for stupid matters to do - it is a solid 9.

Will depend on if there are Wildlife harassment laws on the books where you live. I doubt you "accidentally" hit a bear 3-4 times, if you did hit one it was an intentional act.
