First make sure TV is not on mute. Next check the audio cable in the back at both ends to make sure it's plugged in. How many devices are hooked up to the TV and is the issue with all of them? If the problem is with all devices then most likely it's the TV. It's still under warranty so return it

You don't say how things are hooked up so it is hard to give you exact help. Do you have a cable box that has variable volume output? It may be that the volume on the box needs to be increased. Or conversely you may be adjusting the box's volume when the TV volume is set low. Another possibility is that the amplifier or speakers in the TV have failed.

If u mean area: confident there isn't any distinction between LED and liquid crystal show television in area the two tvs are liquid crystal show the only distinction is the place that is source of sunshine come from. In a classic liquid crystal show television the sunshine come from a fluorescent (capability sever variety) bulbs. yet in a LED the sunshine come for LEDs witch is lots brighter and Sharper coloration good success
