How can I replace a rotted plank in the deck of a BigTex 15LT trailer?

They're held in place with a torx screw, which I removed, but I want to get the old board out intact in order to duplicate its measurements (and screw hole placement) for the new piece.

Most of the time there is angle iron welded upside down on both ends to hold in boards. You would have to remove one of those to get it out.
