Honestly, spotting can happen at any age randomly but you should check with an early pregnancy test. They are like 8 dollars at the super market and will give you peace of mind. And have you been taking the same dosages for four years? Have you not changed weight wise? the dosage of the pill is determined by weight but idk maybe you knew that already. Good luck!
