I kinda want to try eyeliner and maybe foundation too. I only wear mascara and blush.

Try Lancome's Le Stylo Water Proof Eyeliner in Noir! Its easy to apply and would frame your eyes nicely! Just smudge the product along your lash line for a little definition. Use little strokes as to not get too thick of a line. Good Luck!

Not sure hat u are looking to spend but bobby brown makes a great gel eyeliner that lasts all day and the bottle lasts for a long time, over 6 months

Liquid felt-tip eyeliners are my favorite. I use the e.l.f. waterproof eyeliner pen in black, and it's $1 at target.
