I am using the word "just" correctly in this sentence?

you can't play tug-a-war without the other person pulling because you'll just end up making yourself fall.

i feel like if the sentence makes sense without the word than it doesnt need it. any input on this?

also does anyone know a better way to rephrase the sentence? I made it up but it doesnt sound very good.

maybe it could be "you cant play tug-a-war without the other person pulling or else you'll end up falling"

im open to any renditions of this sentence. thanks in advance to those who help me :)

it does fit, however i personally would say, 'you can't play tug a war without anyone else pulling, or you'll just end up falling over'

I think you cant play tug-s-war without the other person pulling or else you'll end up falling. It flows more easily and sounds for proper.

    Hey Kavvyr,

Your sentence: "You can't play tug-of-war without anyone else pulling, you will just end up falling" is correct because here just indicates what will comme from playing alone.

The be conscious is placed awkwardly in the sentence, and truthfully does not make plenty experience used with "i do no longer plan". One could usually be "hopeful" approximately some thing you are able to no longer administration, i.e. optimistically he won't wait until the final minute to place up the project. i'm going to, optimistically, get a reaction from them until now I start up my holiday.
