If I get a restricted license do I have to take .. ?
Im 15 & I currently have my learners permit , If I take the road test & get a restricted license , when I turn 16 & go for my actual drivers license , would I have to take the road test again to get that?

I'm not sure I'm understanding your question, but I'll try to answer it to the best of my ability.
Since you have your learner's permit, you have to wait for at least 6 months before you can take your driving road test. If you pass that test, you get your license. For the first year, you can drive alone, but you can't drive anyone else unless you have a licensed adult in the car with you (kinda like your permit). You don't get two licenses, you get one. You pass your road test, they give you your license (which is a piece of paper for now) and your drivers license card with come in the mail. Hope this helped!
