Just, I'd an asker's comment like this.
"Thank you so much! I wish i could choose all answers best but you went on and explained a tinsy bit more. Thank you!"
But, I'm not quite sure what "a tinsy" means.
Is this implying positive, negative, something like a joke or telling you are a humorous person?

it means "a little bit". so what they were really saying was that you explained the answer in more detail then some of the other answers. In this case it is implying a positive thing.

It means a little . Or small amount like i only have a tinsy bit of money or a little bit or money

It means a little, as in "you explained a ltiile bit more" Often spelled "teensy", and an informal term.

I think you mean "teensy" which is another form of "teeny weeny" or "tiny".
