Anything wrong with baseball swing (video)?

Mechanically, you look okay. One thing I would say is that the first motion of your swing is probably a little slow. From when the bat is resting above your shoulder to when you begin your actual swing motion, you're losing tenths of a second that will be vital against live pitching.

I'd consider starting with your hands a few inches back so that you don't have to waste any motions.
