Under Hindu Succession Act in India, can I renounce my share of Ancestral Property in favour of other heirs?

In favour of all oterh heirs or in favour of one of the other heirs? What are the legal implications or stamp duties involved if any?

Yes you can relinquish your rights in favour of one or more of the legal heirs and not to any outsider.

You can submit necessary relinquish/release deed in the court so that the succession certificate is granted in favour of other legal heirs distributing your share also in favour of other legal heirs based on your relinquish/release deed.
