what's the best method to apply black eyeliner or punk look on very dark brown eyes?

I have extremely small eyes, but I found that the more eyeliner you use, the smaller your eyes look. Try to make your eyeliner close to your eyelashes in a slightly thinnish medium line, do some wings if you please, and on the bottom lash line or slighhhtly down from it, you can choose to add some eyeliner there or mascara works like a charm on your bottom lashes. it makes you look like your eyes are bigger since your waterline now lookslike it's part of your eyeball. :)
