For hardcore intensity, i would suggest training every muscle group separately.. if time allows you to do that.. So,first - arms(biceps, triceps, forearms) .. next day shoulders (front, rear, side and traps), then back (lats, lower back).. then Chest(try to work every part of the chest, decline, incline, flys) and last legit leg workout(quads, harmstrings, calves) ... and take Abs 2 times week..

If you can keep up the intensity, your going to be ripped in no time..

If your more of a beginner.. then i would suggest these combinations. Triceps and Chest.. Back and biceps.. shoulders.. and last Legs (these separate from other workouts because legs take up most energy, and you wont simply be able to do anything else besides legs)

I know what im talking about, ive tested transformation programs, many workout types, and techniques..

try to put in your workouts supersets, dropssets.. maybe even try DTP (google it)..

It's all a matter of preference and depends how many days you'd like your split to cover.

I usually recommend a push/pull/legs split followed by a rest day.

So for push: Chest, triceps, shoulders

    Pull: Back, biceps

Legs and abs: Glutes, quads, hamstrings, calves, abs.

    Hope that helps!
